Default Sensus Connect Bluetooth

Does anybody have a stuttering problem with their Bluetooth connection on audio streaming?

With mine everything works fine for ten minutes or so, then a slight stutter/delay starts interfering with the music.

Tried to eliminate all the possible causes etc.. Changing phones, restart, unpair and repair and its definitely the volvo connect that's causing the issue.

To get round if I'm using the line in option with a Bluetooth streamed called firefly which powers off the USB sat next to the line in. This works fine to be honest, but obviously the main car bluetooth would be my preferred choice if it actually works

Just asking if there's a solution that somebody might have found? Is there a dealer update that fixed yours?

Apologies for resurrecting a slightly old thread.

I am a new Volvo owner of approx 1 week (a Sept 17 XC60) and have exactly the issue described above. Was this ever resolved?

I've come from an X3 and never had any Bluetooth issues.

I managed to sort mine out, not sure if it will help your problem but worth checking.

I have a usb charging plug, plugged into the centre console drawer 12 volt armrest socket. Experimented and found that when charging the wife's phone it interfered with my phone bluetooth streaming to the stereo, hence the choppy transmission.

Plugged the wifes phone and charging cable in the dedicated usb socket in the storage box, or the backseat socket and all good, no interference whatsoever!

Hopefully could be a similar issue for you.

I didn't have this issue with my X3, but thank you, I'll give it a go.
