1989 240GL Estate 7 seat auto for sale

It is with great regret that I offer for sale my beloved 240. It has served me, the missus and my four boys since their birth, being a practical alternative to those awful people carriers if one has to carry four kids with car/babyseats and luggage ( it comes with a full length alloy roof rack which will carry a shed load).
Bought this beauty with low mileage and FSH eleven years ago and it has served us without any problems since being easy to service and sound and soild. I've serviced it as per shedule since.
With the kids growing up I've had to chose between my trusty V70 and the 240 and buying a small car for commuting.
The car has done only 111K since new and is in very solid and mechanically sound condition having just passed an MOT.
I had just flushed and changed the ATF at 110k as recommended and it goes like new.
Gold colour with 3 speed auto box and extra 2 childseats as factory standard spec. Absolutely a brilliant car, but out of time for me sadly. Looking for a caring new owner for only £550.
I'll post some pics if anybody is interested, I only posted this now because I felt resolute and know if I don't then l'll find a reason to keep it tomorrow, having a half acre garden to store it...for the kids !
