Thank you all, and apologies if I was a little "terse".

It does appear that the colour that I need is incredibly rare, just my bloomin luck, and that America is the "best" source - at any price.

My approach would be to get some good condition pockets, in any colour, then neatly bond a strengthener along the top inside edge to improve on Volvo's very poor design (e.g. a thin steel rod or a length of brake pipe), then have them sprayed to match your interior
