I think pretty much all UK V and S90’s will have this already as it as it was on MY18 cars, which started being delivered mid 2017.

This happened to me today. Passing my local dealer I dropped in and amongst other things asked about this offer. Neither of the service receptionists had a clue to what I was referring. I had some difficulty convincing them that I was not referring to Pilot Assist. At one stage I was asked to forward the E mail to them. Eventually one of them found reference to the offer and confirmed that I would benefit from all three elements. Amazingly, at 2.30 on a Friday afternoon they were able to install the update on the spot I can confirm that it was £75. £44 labour, £18.50 software cost and of course VAT. It would appear that I now have access to Connected Safety. (still need to work that out fully and may need to ask questions).

As an aside, I stopped off because I'm concerned about hesitancy when pulling away from low speed ie entering a roundabout. Didn't get anywhere with that matter. Not giving up though.

If you have the D5 engine it may be a PowerPulse problem. A pressure hose on the system is prone to failure; I'm on my third one now.

No, D4 and to me it's a gearbox issue. Still working on the matter.

I got ‘Connected Safety’ as part of the free software upgrade, when my 2017 V90 went in for some warranty work early this month.

No price to pay.
