There is no such thing as an average T5-R, only T5s with an 'R' glued on the back...

I'd consider offers as low as £1750, but I think that if someone has decided they want a a genuine T5-R and they don't have 2 or 3 of them already they might pay a bit more for one.

If you're even thinking about looking at this car, read the T5D5 thread posted previously.

with comedy e-bay listings (10K for a plate worth a grand at best, reduced from 35k etc....) and numerous negative feedbacks about the advert, I'd steer clear personally - there's plenty of nice examples around from sellers who don't encounter such issues.

sorry, you misunderstand me, I don't think your car is worth anywhere near £1750, if it was a decent car it would be worth that. yours made it's price last time at £1050, and the bloke still had the sense to walk away.

Exactly. There are always a number of T5R and R's in the classifieds for £1500-£2250, with a couple of T5D5 members buying 2 850R's and one was the grey estate on here a few weeks back. All straight, honest adverts and sales with straight forward, realistic pricing.

There was also another T5R in gull yellow mentioned the other month by a member, accepting that whilst it was in need of TLC it was an honest car. Not sure if that's sold now or still available.
