rheostat output - too low signal
Hello all,
I just read the fault codes on my 2002 V40 1.9 TDi and got the following one: ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Multifunction (Central electronics - CEM (Central electronics)) DTC Description 001E - Rheostat output, too low signal - Intermittent ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Anybody knows which rheostat is it? Is it the one that controls the fan speed (I do get the speed of the cabin fan varying randomly, so I know there is something wrong there)? Or could that be different rheostat maybe? How do I find it and is it very difficult to fix it yourself? Any help will obviously be much appreciated. Mac |
