Loose steering v70 t5 (2007)
Got a Volvo v70 t5 Manual (2007 mark 11 I believe) Anyway the steering feels a little less solid then I would imagine it should be. As in it feels a little light I suspect various suspension/ control arm bushings might need to be renewed. What is the best way to go about this, should I ask a garage to check and let them get the parts or is there a kit I can buy for this and just ask for it to fitted? In general the steering is a little loose and not as firm as I might expect nothing major but I just felt the car would be more planted on the road as it where considering its bulk.

I wouldn't be concerned with the steering feeling light the motor will have plenty to assist.
Have you rocked the steering wheel left and right? Any knocking or play (loose movement before wheel moves) then I'd take things further |
