POST 4, 30mins after you asked for help, I told you to use easy start.

Then you asked again further on in the post, and I told you, again.

Then you have not done the thing that is the most likely culprit... the PCV.

Did you do a regen having used the alternative liquid?, what did you use?, how is it applied?

The liqui molly is a two part solution that I had to order it. it is the regen following the treatment that does the trick, the liquid causes some sort reaction so that the DPF actually gets hotter than the exhaust gases in the Cat. the results are visually impressive... the car and large parts of the locality dissapear into a white cloud.....

here is the product... a weed sprayer from argos with an extension of 3mm aliminium from b&Q does instead of the special gun...

Ive just changed my PCV, on the back of osullivants findings.....

Ive followed his issues keenly and if he says its fixed, by changing the PCV, then its must be right ! Thanks osullivant, for keeping us updated.

The PCV is approx £25-30 but its a bugger to get to and change unless you drop the front of the oil filter housing, you will lose some oil this way too, but easier than removing pipe work that covers the top left screw (mines a 185 engine), You will need a new gasket as well if you move the oil filter housing.
