No not when I'm driving in the "Middle of the Road"
But when I start up chirpy birdy noises from RH side of the engine soon stops but varies with Revs when it's there. As soon as I try to locate the area the noise disappears. what do you reckon Belt? or Waterpump or something else? Bit concerned as the nasty Cam Belt is in that area and once bitten and all that.

If it's belt it's because of misalignment, if it's misalignment it's probably due to tensioner.
Waterpump is cam belt driven not auxiliary belt.

Auxiliary belt is 54,000 miles or 5 years as it's the achillies heel of the engine I change early.
If yours has not been done and belt and tensioner should be done together, I would be getting done soon, if it has been done recently I would be going back to the guy whom did it.

It could also be alternator pulley, they have a clutch in them.

Paul.

It's not an unusual phenomenon - but if it persists when the engine is warmed up and/or you might be approaching the aux belt replacement interval - you should get the belt, tensioner and idlers replaced.

The most common cause of early death of the D5 engine it the aux belt failing which then causes the timing belt to slip - so any signs of wear or fraying should be looked into.

How does Aux belt failure cause a timing belt to slip?

Wraps around the bottom crank pulley.

In the past, I even had the glorified elastic band that runs the AC compressor come off and take out the Aux belt and the Cam belt rip the pulley off and leave a hole in the engine block not to mention the pistons crashing into the valve gear all through a little drive belt coming off!
