I serviced my 2.0 petrol last week. Went very easily, unless you've retrofitted one like me you probably won't have an undertray so that's one less step to worry about. My 2.0l takes 4.3l of 5W-30 oil (semi synthetic or fully synthetic - I used fully synthetic). The sump plug took a 13mm spanner and I used a genuine oil filter (bought these from "Parts For Volvos Online"). No problems whatsoever. I was also looking into the fuel filter recently but from what I've read it looks like it's built into the fuel tank itself and can't be changed - someone please correct me if I'm wrong because I'd like to know

I have serviced mine recently without even lifting the car. The oil filter is very easily accessible and you can use a 13mm spanner to undo the sump plug.
I'm not sure where the fuel filter is, but I don't think that is part of a standard service for this model. |

Yeah, I've read there's definitely one integrated into the fuel tank / fuel pump, so to change that you'd have to get the entire fuel tank out.. I also read that "some models" / "if fitted" have an in-line fuel filter. Can't say I noticed one when I was last looking under my car so it probably doesn't have one. I might see what VIDA says later..
