700 or 900 Wanted. Please read...

Hi Everybody. I've just joined. I'm looking for a 700/900 series Volvo to use as my everyday car. I don't have a car at the moment so can't travel too far to look! I live in the Leatherhead area (in Surrey). If anyone has one or know's of one near to me, please let me know!

I've got a 1995 960 3.0 24v CD estate I'll be selling shortly - black with black leather, new Goodyear G5's all round (c. 2000 miles) It's the facelift model - looks like the V90. Partial service history, previous owner repaced the head gasket just before I bought it last September. It has around 130,000 miles on, I'm the fourth owner. Taxed to the end of August, MoT'd to September - although I'll put another 12 months on it before I sell.

Wonderful to drive, and I get around 26 mpg in mixed driving. Based around 10 mins off J12 M4 - pm me if you're interested.

Only selling it because I'm reducung the number of cars I run - now have a Mercedes G Wagen that will do everything the 960 does.

I am intrested but unfortantly cannot PM as its not working at the moment , i just wanted to know whether it was a manual or an automatic?

Also got one for sale many new parts on it am down the road in redhill could deliver (as long as i can get lift to train station)
