960 IRS would be the best bet

What setup do you currently have to have an M90 AND broken the two 360 diffs?

What do you want to use the car for, given you'll have a fairly large amount of bits to be changing at the back.

He's grafted a b230ft into a 400 (sorry for swearing in here!)...

Basically, I think he's used a cunning combination of Lego, sellotape and bad language!!

I put a B18FT into a 340, so someone had to balance it out

M90 just doesn't easily work with the 360 diff, that's all!

Isnt the car just a hollowed out lego brick? Lol

What is the best combination of gearbox and diff to use? Iv got a few rwd volvos at the scrapyard so I can cherrypick a gbox and diff setup from them. If not, eBay jobbie

The m90 fits the b230 ft nicely and dosent blow up with both turbos going (twin turbod it hehe). I guess im in the region of 400 bhp, I can get 0-60 in 5 seconds or so, but tye diffs give out proper quick.

The limit for the diff is around 350BHP if treated well in a 360 however there are a lot of cases of diffs blowing with only 100BHP

If you are using a 300 series rear axle then I know that the V8 340 is running a Nissan diff with custom drive shafts.

The 363 ran a narrowed and uprated 240 axle.

If you can find a diff from a 906 with IRS that could be used, I guy in Sweden has done it.

Chris: A plan is forming in my head involving my 480, turning a B18FT around 90°, binning the tiny T2 and bolting on a whopping Eaton!

What sort of mess will that leave the equilibrium?!

Andy: a 960 diff with shortened shafts will do you right, some of them even have lockers for serious sideways action!!

Even the prop from the M90 would fit nicely, once it's shed a few inches!

I don't even think a 960 IRS diff would be quite enough given the power goals discussed. A UK Turbobricker has a 3.0 Manual S90 with a lightened flywheel and a remap has blown two diffs

I'm still not sure how he's managed to destroy two diffs without boost!

I feel like I need pictures of this concoction before I can give any advice...

cheers
