... it looks like that useful source of information has disappeared, what a pity. Unfortunately the .pdf document is a little too large to load as an attachment (2.6Gb) here on the forum, but if you send me a PM with an email address I will forward a copy.

Sorry, you can only send messages to the Administrators group until you have 30 posts.
Looks like I'm still in noob-mode, so the .pdf remains out of reach for now...

A bit more turd polishing today

Cleaned, sanded and painted the rear boot sill panel

I also fixed the pipework to the headlamp wipers (blocked with some black slime) and then re-aimed the nozzles so I don’t spray pedestrians

Been trying to source most jet washers but in on my 3rd set and nothifn is adjustable enough for the blocky shape of the 240

Saab jets fit perfectly into the cross-shaped holes in the bonnet and have two adjustable jets each:

No problems with aim, although I've deleted my headlight washers so they're getting the full force of the washer pump. Could get dribbly with six jets and an ailing pump...

So I’m defo running a bit lumpy

New plugs

New oil

New air filter

New HT leads

New cam belt

At constant RPM it skips a beat every 3 seconds or so

Got new injector seals to fit

Anything else?

Injector seals sorted today

They came out of the block easy

cleaned up with carb cleaner

Then I used a 15mm socket and a mallet to tap the plastic mount off the injector - the main o-ring stayed in the plastic part.

You can see how bad the external o-rings are

But reassembling with some silicone lubrication made it easier

These were the seals I removed

Clearly way past their best
