  • VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way

What sort of price did Marcel quote. I have the same crackling/popping sounds which seems like a common issue with the HU-850. Founs this place David Tarvin <info@caraudiomedics.co.uk> who have qouted me £395 for a repair.

I have decided to just fit an aftermarket unit so will upgrade to bluetooth and it will still be cheaper than a repair.
Shame realy as I like the originality of the HU-850

I managed to successfully repair my HU 850, I only replaced with another working unit as mine had previously eaten it's own CD multichanger.

Marcel quoted 226. I too prefer the originality and the ease of keeping the same unit. As much as I would like bluetooth and an aux lead.
