  • VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way

Where are the dieselfumes entering the engine-intake?

good question , diesels dont have fumes compared to petrol .. so no EVAP system ... i assume they vent to atmosphere .

Diesels have fumes only at different temperatures than petrol
There is a litle tube just behind the fillercap leading to a charcoal cannister next to the exhaustpipe
The valve is vacuum controlled and the connctor is located next to the aircleaner or radiator depending the type
Question is where it is entering the engine
