Default Camshaft shifting angle exhaust high

Hello,

I had an oil change on my 2005 S60 2.0T. I've changed from Mobil1 5W30 to Motul Eco-nergy 0W30.
After the mechanic changed the oil the check engine light came up.
I went back to the mechanic and the error code was: "Camshaft shifting angle exhaust high"
After the engine starts, the angle position should be 0° but its around 5°
On higher rpm (4000+) it goes to the expected 0° value.
The mechanic changed the exhaust side camshaft solenoid. Just to be clear, this is the part I'm talking about:

but the error code remained. Do you have any idea what should we check next time? Or did you have any similar problem?
Thanks in advance for your help!
