Default Bonded or not bonded?

Do bushes actually need to be bonded to anti-roll bars, and if so, how do you bond them?

there has to be no movement, some have used silkyflex to fill the void but you have to let it dry .

Is this the ARB bushes onto the body?

I have done the opposite in the past and put some copper-ease on to stop corrosion and to lubricate and the rubbers. Now I am very confused!
