Default PTC Element circuit fault

Had a parasitic battery drain problem. I traced it to the circuit that the PTC element is on as taking out the 80A F5 fuse in the engine bay solved the issue temporarily. I intend to fix it. I don't know if VIDA can help but I spent an hour or so trying to get it to identify any fault that may be causing it.

Does anyone have any experience with this circuit and know of any common issues with it?
Or the area of VIDA where I can test it?

Many thanks in advance for any replies/suggestions
