BCA Auctions

Does anyone know what sort of money XC90's make at the BCA auctions, ideally prices for 07 or 08 upto 50000miles, any ideas?

It all depends on the day to be honest. I was a trader for a number of years and some days you would "steal" a car and other days it would make silly money as someone at the auction would have a Parkers Price guide and pay way over book value as they wanted that car at any price.

I agree with the prvious comment. I am not a trader nor have ever been one. However I live near BCA Blackbushe and often visit to have an hours entertainment.
I would recommend you visit your local BCA a few times to get a feel for how it works and see for yourself. Look at ex lease cars, they may have higher mileage but they will have a full service history etc.

I went to a lease clearance at Brighouse. 05 plate XC90 SE's with 80-100k went for 10500. Both were a nasty dark metalic blue.
I was surprised they fetched so much. I think there are also buyer fees on top of this price???!!!

In my limited experience of watching auctions at Blackbushe, I would say that prices for a desirable car aren't much different to a non-franchised dealer. Blackbushe seems to have a lot of private buyers who I guess are willing to bid higher than the traders

17 to 24 k depending on spec and milage and of course year. From what ive seen low spec cars are not as desirable and seem far cheaper than the top spec or sport models which are sort after at the moment and fetch good prices used.

Three to note from BCA ; XC90 d5 57 24000k coms and nav active lights £22400 plus indemnity ect sold April 8th measham . XC 90 d5 30000k 07 Executive dont no spec Birmingham £ 21900 plus indemnity.sold .2009 d5 active same day 16000k only bid up to £19000 did not reach reserve.
