Volvo 940SE 1993 For Sale
Good home wanted for my 940SE. 5 gear, manual transmission, petrol. Current mileage is 215876 and a new cambelt was fitted in May 2010 at 191542 miles. Also new alternator in August 2010.
£400.00 or near offer. Still in daily use. Too good to scrap but needs work done on it. MOT to July 2016. Unfortunately I do not have anywhere to work on it. Another reason for selling is that I no longer need such a large car. My children are now grown up and learning to drive so I could do with a smaller car. |

I have owned this car since 2003 and it has been in use daily.
Forgot to say that it is a seven seater, with rear facing double seat in back. Children have to be very small. Please note that in the picture the lower part of the seat is not bolted in as it is hard to get to spare wheel, and I do not use the seats. There is also a section in the centre seat which folds down to provide a booster seat, but makes a useful armrest if only two people in back. There is some rusting on both front wheel arches which will need seeing to. Some parts of trimming needed around windscreen. Rubber door trim on passenger side missing. Think someone took it when I was parked in a car park a couple of years ago. Rear window wiper motor does not work. Small odd bits of interior plastic bits have come off but I still have them. I just think that if the components in the engine bay were removed and cleaned up it would keep it going for a few more years. The body paintwork is on the whole ok, however the side you can see in the photo is patchy. This is because I park it beside a stone wall which gets hot in the sun and has caused it to fade. The bonnet, roof, driver side and boot are all OK. I have taken more pictures today which I hope to upload soon. |
