Conclusion:

We isolated the noise. It came from the transmission.

We dropped off the pan, oil was clean BUT the MAGNET was missing.

So we did the following:
1) Put fresh oil: Mannol Dexron III
2) Put XADO EX120 automatic transmission revitalisant
3) Change filter
4) Change gasket
5) Add the missing MAGNET on the oil pan.

Now we have to use the car, to see the magnet collets some metallic parts or not.

The noise became more quiet now.

Will see after 1-2 months.

Shifts are smooth and correct.

Before you do anything with tools, start the engine, establish the noise then turn the A/C on and off in 5 second shots. Listen for changes.

Simply relieve the pressure on the accessory belt tensioner and unhoop it from one of the pulleys. The system will slacken.

Make a schematic drawing beforehand

Grab each pully and try to move it. My guess is that you'll find one extremely loose.

How many miles are on this car? What year it it?

most people do it three times spread over 5-600 miles or so

first maybe check the level before you do so has it even got the right amount in it

My pulley failed at 120k miles or 200k km, the noise disappeared when increasing the revs slightly.
Good Luck,
