I'm not sure but the 2017 maps may also be available now for the DVD based RTI nav units

The latest map disk for your system is 2016 (MMM/P2001). The postcode finder has been incorporated since about 2007, so you should really update.

Don't go further East than Finland, Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, Boznia Herzgovina or Greece and you'll be fine

How do I get the postcode search? When I got the car (v70) it had the 2008 discs with it (MMM P2001), I’ve since bought a 2015 disc that covers the UK from someone splitting a set. Would I have needed some other disc to perform the upgrade?
In my opinion the satnav works well (actually better than the one in my 66 plate works transit van) but I find the address entry a pain. |

When you input the city you change it from free search to post code. This was the same when it was partial post code entry.

I will try and screen shot mine this evening but when you select destination, address the second option down is city under the country select this, then at the top of the next screen it has 2 boxes one says free search and the other postcode. Select postcode and you can then put it in.

Stick the DVD in your PC and look at the contents, report what you find
