They are of very robust construction. This will sound somewhat unilkely and probably not something your wives will subscribe to, but there is always the laundrette. With a good dose of good detergent, and I am mean lots, and a 60 degree heavy soiled wash (or two) they will come up smiling. Despite the oil guage leaking oil on the light blue carpets of my donor car, a solid washing and careful hanging to dry restored them to good saleable condition. I got the gross dirt off with the pressure washer. The brown ones in my ES came up like new saving a small fortune. Mine did not shrink at all - Just in case you were wondering and all the clips lined up.
