Default V50 Sat Nav

Hi Folks only had the car a week its a 2005 V5 2.0d Sport. It has integrated sat nav only thing is i cant get it to work. I have fixed the screen not raising but now that I have that working It is saying that the disc cant be read. When I try to get the disc out by sliding the door down nothing happens. Has anyone any experience of this?

Can the screen be converted to a tablet and would that link into the stereo?

Can bluetooth be fitted?

Cheers
Gavin
