Thumbs up

Hi,
"Right, OK then."
From what you`ve described it seems that there`s probably nothing to worry about as far as the engine`s concerned.
If I remember correctly , a transmission fault ( which is indicated by the warning on your display) puts the car into limp mode.
A gearbox oil flush alone now won`t solve it. The message needs to be re-set using the Volvo diagnostic tool. It could also be that there is a fault with the gearbox which again needs the diagnostics code reader. This would need fixing first , then the flush and then the clearing of the fault codes.
Can somebody confirm this, please, as I`m not 100% sure.

If that was the case I would be over the moon a such.

Can anyone recommend a decent code reader that will do the job for P2's.

I would like a DICE but not sure if I can justify the cost of a tablet or laptop with all the bits.

the misses wants a buggy for the baby thats £1000+ my toys are so far down the wish list I cant even see where they were written

A grand for a buggy?????? Don't waste your money on crap like that! The car gets you all from A to B, whereas the buggy only transports the baby.
Spend more on the car and a LOT less on the buggy.

A Dice and Vida setup isn't dead money and could be resold for pretty much what you paid. Whilst you have it, it also saves you more money than it costs.

A £1000 buggy on the other hand?...... You'd be hard pushed to find anything that depreciates more.
