Default Independant Specialist in the Norwich area??

Has anyone any experience of Independant Volvo specialist, R.R.Motors, Fakenham Rd, Taverham, near Norwich?

This establishment is literally just 50 yards from my house as the crow flies, and maximum half a mile by road if You don't happen to have a crow handy....

I purchased my S40 a couple of weeks before Christmas, and immediately ordered some 17" alloys for it....The wheels duly arrived a week after the car, but in my haste to fit them, I made a slight error that resulted in the car immobilised in the driveway, with one of it's wheels hanging uselessly, and me unable to get the wheel on, or off again....

I phoned the above establishment, only to be "greeted" by a gentleman who frankly (my dear ) didn't appear to give a damn....I explained my predicament, and his answer was basically that even though he was literally just around the corner, he wouldn't be willing to help me unless I could get the car to him....Even though this was exactly my problem!

It's a shame, because a willingness to help on his part would probably have resulted in a customer for life!

Has anyone else used them? Are they any good? Should I give them a second chance do You think?
