Don't get me wrong David did us an amazing deal, but we had veiwes a v60.d3 rdesign in a small local garage 2011 70k for £7500, which he would have done for 7100 with a service and warranty

I think you got a bargain to be fair, prob a little more that what the chap had been offered as trade.
Indeed - I put mine up at £6,500 simply to try and better the trade-in price I'd settled on. I had not planned to change the car when I did, so there was only a week to play with, so I deliberately went low to make the car as attractive as I could whilst still making a bit more money.

If I'd known I was going to trade it I'd have put it up for sale earlier because there would have been time to wait for more views etc. I would have looked to put it up at £7,500 with the hope of getting £7,000.

Yes, mine was the D2 but on the other hand it had quite a few more bells and whistles than yours, so in all honesty I do think you are setting your sights a little high - your price would be OK for a garage selling with a warranty, but I suspect too much for the private buyer with no comeback.

Good looking car though and best of luck with the sale!

David

Still for sale, I would be keen to take an older v70 or xc70 in px if there was anybody looking for a v60.

The car has just had timing and aux belt replaced and full fluid and filter service.

Thanks

Ahh, just tried from my phone and it shows up, but doesn't show up on my work computer I guess because I'm accessing from work.

I have a facelift 2012 V70 SE LUX with r design styling kit, looking to downsize to a V60 as don't need the space anymore!

Hi, yea i had that problem with work servers at my work.

Your v70 looks good, similar in spec i.e r design, black, similar age etc.

What engine is in your v70, any more info on miles, service history etc.

Our v60 has just turned 100k and has just had a full service inc timing belt from our local volvo independent.

Look forward to hearing more.
