Default Treatment of car while in care of dealer

I have an issue with the way my car was treated while it was in the care of the dealer. I don’t want to go in specific details on here however this is not the first time I have had issues. The first time they resolved the problem, however having been in for a service a separate concern has arisen.

I have written to the dealer and made them aware, however as this is a second time something like this has happened should I write to Volvo UK. It’s not just my car but other customers. We all work hard for our cars and they should be treated with respect.

What are other people’s views ?

In what/how has it been mistreated?

Assuming they are main dealer, then I would copy Volvo UK when I write. Judging by your post it isn't a trivial concern. Also, if they are part of a large concern then write to head office. After all you are the customer. Without customers the business wouldn't survive.
I guess I am lucky, we have an excellent main dealer here

Without some actual information it is very difficult to advise. What did they actually do that was so bad? Did you not decide to leave and use another dealer after the first occasion?

Sad to hear a Volvo dealership isn't looking after your car!

Where are they based? What did they do?

You should always call mistreatment of your car out, not a good thing at all.

Needs the detail to advise what next. If it’s hapoening to others it might be considered normal even if it’s not.

Please let us know who and what has gone on.

It could be something as simple as it being left out in the snow overnight
Some might call that mis-treatment of their car.

Or could be the courtesy car wash leaving the car with loads of swirl marks.

That really used to get to me but I've let it go now.

How hard is it to use two different buckets?

Ok clearly haven't let it go.
