OWF Junior Member Last Online: Aug 3rd, 2023 08:50 Join Date: Mar 2017 Location: Bath	Having looked around again online I do think that the Shell 5w40 is going to be the best choice as mentioned. Seems like it is much more available as well. There was mention earlier in the post that if there are signs of rattling / tapping that 5w40 would be better. This put me off a little, as I haven't experience any of this so wondered if running a viscosity like 5w40 might be detrimental in the long run in terms of internal seals and engine efficiency? 5w40 is listed in the handbook so I'm sure its all ok, but just want to check before committing to an order. Thanks for all the replies.
