V70 Rear Washer Nozzle

Hi Guys,

Have been trying to work out what I need to get my rear washer to work properly!

This is what I have, then the cover piece, but I believe there is a nozzle missing as the fluid just comes out and covers the boot.

Does anyone have one lying around that I could buy? Or confirm what it is that I am missing?

Theres a washer jet insert which pushes into the recess in the rear wiper spindle and directs the washer fluid up onto the rear screen. You should be able to get one from a breaker or from a Volvo dealer.

Thanks Keith, I assumed that was the case as it looked a bit incomplete.

Just don't understand where it went...

Will have to visit a breakers I think, been having gearbox issues so been a bit preoccupied the last few days.

Anyone got a pic of the complete assembly?

The same thing happened to mine. The protective cap got lost then the nozzel got broken by an ice scraper. I got a new one from here http://nordicpartsdirect.co.uk/volvo...ls.asp?id=4923

The part I was refering to is the jet on the end ( right side ) of the illustration, you probably have the other part as it is inserted from inside the tailgate.
