Default 2.5T petrol Manual

Are there any reasons why one would buy a 2.5T manual XC90. rather than a Manual diesel? Is there much difference in performance?

I don't particularly like diesel, coming as I would from a 2002 V70 T5 manual

I know I'd be limited to 2006?? latest models but are there points I should consider that would lead me to buy a later model diesel.
Cost is not necessarily an overriding factor

Cheers

Bob.

Very very reliable engine by all accounts, if you're after a petrol version then it's definately the one to go for.

A manual isn't for everyone, but if you don't mind it then great. Also you're not going to run into problems ppl have with an autobox. Like T6 drivers :-/

The most reliable XC90 by far.
