Default New head unit and speaker interference.

Hi all, i've recently fitted one of those insanely cheap head units to the car, so now got Bluetooth streaming, hands free and all that, but as we all know, the standard Volvo amp and door speakers that run off the amp need powering obviously, I bought the RCA harness adaptor for the car before which converts from the DIN cable that used to live in the standard hu605, all worked fine on the old pioneer stereo, but this one hasn't got a remote cable for said adapter, so I've tried using both the ignition live and the auto antenna wires to switch the amp, both of which work, but I've got interference, a pop when the unit comes on through the speakers and some epic alternator whine as well, anyone got any ideas how I can fix this?

Many thanks in advance.
