Default 2000 S80 rear passenger window wont go up

I have read the forums and attempted several things: Lock/unlock 5 times, Hold button for 10 seconds up and down, remove/replace fuses, switched passenger and drivers switches etc.
About 2 months ago my drivers side rear door lock stopped working. Then recently the passenger side rear window won't go up. It goes down but not up.
I switched the switches but to no avail. I assumed it was the master switch so I replaced but the issues still exist.
I need help repairing the window or just getting it back up. The lock issue is a minor problem I can deal with but I need the window back up.
I have a volt meter so if someone can advise how I check the power etc would be greatly appreciated.

Angry Still need help Please

Can the window motor be bad even if the window will roll down? Might be a stupid question but I'm lost!
UPDATE:
I've tried everything I can find on the internet:
Checking power to the rear window switch - Power present (multi meter)
Forcing the window by hand
Forcing by direct 12V to motor wires (unhook the 2 wire attachment that connect to the motor and then hook 12v directly to one wire (up/down)while grounding)
Attempted to disassemble the main window console but everything is a computer board so nowhere to sand down or clean.

I've even purchased a new main switch console and installed but nothing worked. I contacted the seller and they said I had to have the computer updated to accept the new switch so I removed and put the old one back after cleaning everything I could and still have the same problem (locks and rear passenger window won't go up)

Majordave59, Just noticed the heading for your problem is "2000 S80 rear passenger window wont go up" perhaps if you posted your problem in the Section applicable to your car you may get some help from owners with similar cars to yours. This Section is for Phase 3 Volvos Volvo S80 '06> / V70 '07> XC70 '07> models and there may be some differences between your car and the later models.

The four automatic windows stopped working on my 2010 S80 (117K miles) after I had a new AC compressor put in by a non-Volvo mechanic (The new compressor works fine). I'd searched and tried many suggestions on various Volvo forums, and none worked until I came to this thread. Suggestion by AbsoluteVolvo worked miraculously the first time I tried it. Done it for all 4 windows, one at a time.
Thank you very much
