Default Ventilation motor problem on Volvo v40

There is very little air coming through the vents. And it does not change when turning the speed dial. The motor is either not working or on the lowest speed.
I wanted to check if the problem might be the motor resistor.
I removed the glove box to gain access to the motor but Iīm not sure where the motor or resistor is located.
Could anyone please guide me to where the resistor is located ?
All the instructions and howto videos are for much older or different models.

I concur it is highly likely the motor speed controller which has failled (it is so much more than a resistor these days)
Check also the cabin air filter, make sure it is clean and clear of gunk
