Default XC60 D5 MY18 Engine noise

Since I bought the car I've been mostly using it for long trips, where due to the laminated windows the soundproofing of the cabin was exceptional. But the last few months I'm doing mostly slow speed stop & go city driving and the diesel rattling that is felt in the cabin until reaching 40-50km/h and shifting to 3rd/4th gear is starting to get in my nerves.

I've recently driven an MY18 V90 cross country D5 where I was amazed by the complete absence of diesel rattling. At first, I even thought that it was a petrol engine. After that, I start digging trying to find what differences are between these models and if I could retrofit any of the V90's components to the XC60.

For example, I found that the upper engine torque mount has an oscillation damper that the XC60 is lacking. I retrofitted one but it didn't make much difference. I'm now looking at engine and engine bay insulation, but have no easy access to parts catalogs in order to compare. In the below catalogs it appears that some insulation is missing in the XC60

V90 XC

Does anyone have further insight into this? Does the XC60 have less insulation material? If I find the parts will they fit?
