  • VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way

The Ford Cosworth boys…. I have to agree with the OP on this score. I’ve had three Sierra’s be they not Cosworth or XR models. They start chuffin about bigger turbo’s, braided brake lines etc etc. Then comes the question, what mods did you do to your Sierra’s? We’ll? I fitted Koni suspension but other than that they were dealers mods because my cars were workhorses. This is the point where you are no longer deemed worth talking to let alone breathing the same oxygen. And they just walk away…. I find this generally across the car scene, a self importance because they have better brake callipers etc etc. they’re just morons. Don’t diss a blokes motor, as long as he/she/them/they etc are happy with it, that’s all that matters.

Can I ask why the moderators haven't (ostensibly) spoken to him or banned him?

Whilst he hasn't been overtly offensive, or used offensive terms or languange, he's clearly decided to arrive here as an agitant and not someone who is either seeking advice or wisdom to help with their car or planning to spend their time offering anything of value to other members in their quest for help.

So he's just a distraction, and that will reduce the desire of some, potentially more mature and traditional members, to partake in this forum which whilst we have our moments is way better mannered than 95% of other marque specific sites.
