Update: Got the DICE, installed the software on my laptop, scanned the car it found "SRS-013D Left SIPS bag Faulty signal". Cleared the code and it's gone... been using the car the whole day and it hasn't come back yet.
Prior to this as you can read in the first page of this thread I've "wiggled" the connectors underneath the seat so I believe one of the cable down there was lose. One question, if the issue still remain, how fast would the SRS icon show up again? Directly or after a few days? Curious to see if the issue is fixed "permanently" or not |

Had the same issue but the error came back each time someone sat in the passenger seat.

I bent the connector pins (significantly) and carefully put the connector back together, solved the problem.
