The gearbox re-build all complete, not without a few problems, but it is amazing the difference now!

Time then to start on the body.....

Day one strip down is well underway and revealing nice bright metal on the whole!

The body really is in remarkable condition with only a few problem areas, which we knew about. No nasty surprises.............yet!

The end of the first full week has seen all the body repairs completed, the front passenger wing was a bugger, but that was the only bad bit really. Most remarkably, the sills and inner wings needed no work at all. Boot lid and doors needed some bits, but nothing unexpected!

So here he is today, looking just about as bad as it gets! Now ready for prep and primer next week.......
