That's what suggests most to me that there is a problem with the petrol, almost certainly moisture/condensation.

Usually if a dual fuel car misfires, it either only does it on LPG or both LPG and petrol - to do it only on petrol points to the fuel.

The petrol injectors are switched off with the LPi so the meths won't effect the running on gas, just remove the excess condensation from the petrol. Should be a fairly obvious improvement if that's what it is

Default Fixed.... old hoses in tank.. Arrgghhh

So fitted a new fuelpump and considered the intank hose ok.
Kept having storting issues.

Couple of days ago i fitted a new hose and... Viola.... starts perfect again.

Vers happy Volvo owner..

Btw.. Volvo only sells complete modules for silly money. Volvo classics use the same hose 9179420 for old 140-160-240 injectionmodels ie paid 4 eur for a new hose!!!!

That may assist any confusion and it worked for me when there was an emissions issue over a leaking inlet manifold gasket.
This.
I used this method to extinguish the lambda light after an overheated cat and severely reduced performance 3 years ago stuck on the A1 in 35 degree heat
