why car service at 33,448 on 10/4/17 and then 35,140 on 31/5/18 its just 1600 miles for a year been used?may be if you have any idea why it was service for just 1600 miles.

Because official service intervals are 18,000miles (30,000km), or 12months, whichever comes sooner.
My car was being serviced every 6 months before I got it because owner was doing 60000km a year. Now it is serviced every 12 months because it does less than 20000km a year.
