S40 V40 Parts: - 2002 v40 1.9d se write-off for sale

Somebody rear ended my 2002 v40 1.9d se and wrote it off. I have bought it back from the insurers and now don't know whether to sell or scrap it myself. It had been mot'd two weeks before and was running perfectly apart from a noisy auxiliary drive belt. If anyone is interested in any parts or the whole car please get in touch. Plastic sheeting, duct tape and new lights, then it will be nearly as good as my battered V40.

How much did you get from the insurance and how did the stiff neck routine work out ?

Looks like paint colour is 343... If you do break it I'd be interested in the two front wings if they're in good nick.

Id break it yourself. Remove all the parts you can if you have the means to store them and then sell them on ebay or here. Have a local scrap dealer take the shell away.

Or take parts off as they are requested until you've made some profit then call the scrapyard.
