Rear Lamp for XC60 D4 Reg'd Nov 2014

Hi all, I wonder if anyone can help me. I am in the process of trying to sell my car but in the first week of having it (some 2 years ago) I scraped the left rear lamp.

I'd like to get a new lamp there but most of the ads for this on EBAY state that they dont have the lamp to fit my model - the D4. They are saying it's incompatible.

Is this right, is the rear lamp actually different on different variations of the XC60 range?

Any help would be grateful received.
