2004 Volvo S60 D5 SE
Up for sale is my 2004 Volvo S60 D5 SE
The apparently desirable facelift model with the Euro 3 spec engine 155k miles Full black leather interior Drivers electric seat Heated seats Sat-nav with 2016 RTI disc HU-850 Dolby pro logic sound system Cruise control In car telephone Bluetooth X2 Remote keys Lots of service history Lots of work done/parts fitted Cambelt changed on 11/06/15 @ 125k miles DMF & clutch changed on 28/05/2016 In my ownership i've fitted new discs & pads all round, handbrake shoes, both front shock absorbers, new strut top mounts, arb links, both vacuum engine mounts, bottom engine mount, replaced top engine mount with polybush, fitted subframe bush poly inserts and done many more repairs and servicing. Maxxis Ap2 all season tyres fitted all round. The front tyres have plenty of tread, the rears could do with replacing soon. I've fitted a big Exide EA1000 900cca battery fitted (02/01/19 with 4 year warranty) due to having the incorrect battery fitted. As always there is a few bad bits... The rear bumper is scuffed on both corners and could do with replacing. (see pics) The front bumper valance is scuffed but isn't too noticeable. There's a dent below the fuel flap. (see pics) There's 2 DTI messages and 1 intermitent message. I have run a scan with VIDA and they are as follows: Anti-skid service required, a new steering angle sensor is required. This is supplied with the car, i purchased a good used one from a Volvo breaker. SRS service required, the passenger seat belt buckle connection is faulty. Intermittent message - Engine service required, ECM6085 code is showing saying low boost pressure. I suspect this is the turbo actuator sticking as you can feel the engine hesitating when cold and will occasionally go into limp mode. Once warm and given a good run, the engine performs fine and doesn't go into limp mode. Despite the faults, the car drives absolutely fine and i would not hesitate to drive it 100+ miles if needed. Also included is a detachable tow bar and various spares. It's located in Bromyard, Herefordshire. I'm looking for £1000 but i'm open to any sensible offers. |
