Default missing fuse

well ive been looking through the fuses within the engine bay as my alarm isent working on my 850 t5, well anyhow i havent sorted that, but did notice all fuses are ok, yet one is missing,

if you were to look at the fusebox from the drivers wing , looking at the fuse box so it looks tall, the missing fuse is on the right hand side row, not the first the second up from the bottom.

any one know what this is? can i heck find anything on it, not even in the haynes manual.

also any ideas anyone as why my alarm doesent work? i can only lock the car via the passenger lock, and boot. would that cause it not to arm?

all doors lock though, just the drivers lock is stuch and wont move, altho somebody has tried to break in via screw driver above the door handle bending the door a bit and going behind the lock.

Default ok found it

its down as fuse 17 in the book , yet the bit to say what its for is blank, also it doesent say what fuses are for the alarm system, or will this not be working because im not locking the car with the drivers door ? as i cant as the lock has been vandalised, yet all doors lock, so a bit confused .
