740 Turbo Intercooler Wagon 1989
My young family wish me to use the sale of my car to help fund a campervan and I have been outvoted, therefore, I took twelve details photos today, warts and all, inside and outside ready to email to any interests party.
In brief: 1 previous owner, 109k miles, fish with fully stamped original servic book and a huge file of invoices to support the book, all three original keys. I invests hundreds of pounds getting it right uptogether mechanically eg clutch, timing belt, rear springs, jetex exhaust, major service work and thn additionally oil and filter changes very 3000 miles since then ie the last 25k miles. Colour silver with tint film on all rear windows. Very good condition but my images include the three finger dents and blemishing around sunroof where previous owner had taped it up with gaffer!! Phone or email or pm for full details and images. Jon Mob 07919897509 email jonathanl@fsmail.net

Hi there. I haven't a clue and i will feel the need to let the market value it for me. If that involves having to ultimately auction it then I will. I have a dozen accurate very illustrative images taken and more thorough description background lined up.
Thanks Jon

Update: In emailed yoda960 a dozen or more detailed images for him to wisely and carefully scrutinise which he has done. In doing so he has identified lots of paintwork imperfections (most if not all of which I had photographed close up for exactly that purpose ie I'm trying to be as honest as possible) therefore, for the car to become excellent it requires quite a bit of finger dent removal and paintwork on scratches etc.
I don't believe its the car for yoda960 although of course he would know that better than me!! Cheers Jon

Haha, thanks for that complimentary remark and the offer of a swap with your S60. My car is very clean and an eye catcher generally. However, if one gets down low and close there are three or four what I class as finger dents ( two rear wing panel and one drivers door) and there are some scratches on the skuttle nearside where the nearside wiper blade became unstuck while in use and it struck the skuttle a few times before I managed to switch wipers off. Then the worse part of the paintwork imperfections being the marks/blemishes around sunroof after I removed the original owners gaffer tape! Plus a few more bits and bobs in addition.
All that adds up to a car that while very nice and eye catching from a few feet away or passing it on the roads in Bangor, requires quite a bit of paintwork to take it to excellent or even mint. And I respect yoda960s comments and thoughts made in private. He had offered me very fair money based on it being excellent and it isn't. ... Yet! Although probably the cleanest original pre facelift turbo wagon left. Think I'll ignore my young families desire for a campervan and persist with throwing a tent in the boot of 'Big-Vic' !! Jon

Lol, funny you say that because I'm looking at folding caravans now. Most of the advantages of a caravan without what I consider to be the drawbacks.
Big-vic, come to daddy... I'm sorry, forgive me!!! Jon

Seen a trailer tent for sale for £500 on Facebook this morning. They are a good job, the size of a 6x4 trailer, space of a 6 birth caravan.
