Sat Nav Problems - Page 2

my satnav seems to stop talking to me around LONDON real strange .also instead of the 0.2 scale it then changes to 2 mile scale.Why dont they use MEMORY CARDS ! smaller and store much more info than discs like the reliable TOM TOM.

A new antenna has now soted out my sat nav took about 5 mins to fix.

There you go then it had to be the antenna if it could only see 2 satellites .

Has any one any idea how I can get a sat Nav DVD reconditioned for my V70R as all Volvo seem to want to do is sell me a new unit for £500!!!

see if Central Services are still at 188 spring road ipswich from memory . They are/were familiar with repairs to Volvo radios etc .
