Default Hi and help

Hi I've got a 98 S40 2.0T, it's started idling all over the place anywhere from normal to 1500 rpm, has anyone seen this before and is it expensive to fix?

Sounds to me like the idle control valve needs a clean out. Search "idle control valve" and "ICV" for info from people who know more.
