Yes if it have Volvo on call.

Volvo on Call was optional for MY17, so unless this was specified initially then it won't have; I believe it was quite un-common for this to be specified so would think it unlikely, sorry (although I'll keep my fingers crossed for you that it has

If its a ‘pro’ it will have it.

You can either ask the salesperson if it's got VOC fitted or, alternatively, look up at the courtesy light cluster in the front of the car; if you look for the passenger airbag light you'll find that you've got an extra 2 buttons here (one for on-call, the other SOS) if VOC is installed.

Hmm difficult for this not to just be a moan list...
However.
Info tainment satnav system that's as up to date and useable as BMWs idrive.
Parking sensors that work properly and switch on/off as per bmw or vw
Gear box mapping updates
6 pot engines
Buttons for core things like cabin temperature as opposed to all screen only. As per bmw.
