Afternoon , may I ask , is your car doing short journeys at the moment ? .if so my first port of call would be to clear the code & drive at speed on a motorway or dual carriage way for 20 minutes or more . It may well be that the catalytic converter is clogging up as it is not getting hot enough to clear any deposits . Running in a lower gear & at higher revs also helps generate more heat & greater gas flow , just don't go silly !!

I regularly have petrol cars with similar issues during MOT emission testing , oodles of revs & several minutes normally rectifies the issue

Hope it helps
