Default Lsd ?

Having just fitted a manual boost controller to my 740 turbo intercooler it is spinning loads of power away on the standard diff.
Can someone tell me what lsd of another volvo will be a straight fit ?
Thanks.

If your car has ABS, then you will be able to use the LSD from a 940 Series with the Live Axle, The axle is marked 1041. It can be found in some special editions.

If your car does not have ABS, then you can still fit the above axle, but the speedo will not work as ABS and non ABS cars have different pickups.

After that your looking at buying a LSD kit from the states.

forgive me, for my knowledge of modifying is slighty dodgy but why on earth would you need an LSD on a 740? Surely it cant be that powerfull?

My CTR as standard didnt come with an LSD so im failing to see the ned for one on an old volvo? Unless you have a non standard engine in it?

With the light mods it is up from 182hp to 200ish hp. Spins the inside wheel all too easy in 2nd and 3rd gear corners.

200hp is 200hp even in an old car, the hp's don't get tired and drop off lol
